Description
The Wind in the Willows is a classic of children's literature by Kenneth Grahame, first published in 1908. Alternately slow moving and fast paced, it focuses on four anthropomorphised animal characters in a pastoral version of England. The novel is notable for its mixture of mysticism, adventure, morality, and camaraderie. It is an excellent story about true friendship, loyalty and how four friends manage to handle each and every situation. Mole is my favourite character in the story because he handles and solves situations. Toad was not sensible, rich but show off and a little careless. The story also includes Badger and Water Rat. It ends when there is a battle in toad hall.
