Yoga for runners: with Ann Richmond
(DVD)
Yoga for Runners is an uplifting practice specially designed by yoga certified instructor Ann Richmond for runners who would like to strengthen and increase flexibility in the muscles and joints they use for running. Runners face a unique set of challenges, from runner's knee to flat feet to plantar faciitis. Ann understands that, as she experienced difficult injuries when she first began running. Yoga has helped Ann to heal and strengthen her body, and has helped her to prevent further injury. The poses in the DVD can help to improve strength in your muscles while running. The poses will also stretch and tone your hamstrings, arches, and legs, making you less likely to injure yourself.
